This unit so far need to sending 6 letters to each different department in UMS, which are HEPA, UMTP, Bahagian Keselamatan and Bahagian Perhubungan Korporat. The first letter was send before holiday. The letter was send to HEPA to get the permission to stick and hand the poster and banner around UMS.
Due Monday (7/11) was public holiday to replace Hari Raya Aidiladha on Sunday, so Unit of Marketing & Publicity starting their work on Tuesday, by sending the letter to Bahagian Perhubungan Korporat (BPK) to register the event's banner.
Next, in the evening, due the transportation problem, Head of unit, Mr. Lim Ming Fook ask Treasurer of Hospitality Carnival, Mr. Tan Kee Sing to help our unit to negotiated the price and sponsorship of poster and banner. We get the positive feedback from the Boss. =)
After that, our unit proceed to send the letter to UMTP to apply our event ads to publish on UMS website.
The letter need send to the General Office at 1st floor.
